Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have completed at least 12 years of general education in their home country or have equivalent qualifications.
Applicants must have studied Japanese for at least 150 hours at a Japanese language institute.
Applicants must have passed JLPT N5 or above, J-test F level or above, or equivalent.

Application form, resume, statement of reasons for studying abroad
Certificate of Japanese language proficiency (certificate of passing JLPT, J-TEST, NAT-TEST, etc., or certificate of study hours at a Japanese language school, etc.)
Certificate of enrollment or certificate of employment
Certificate of graduation from the last school attended
Transcript of the last school attended
Certificate of academic background (original)
Family register and certificate of kinship with the financial supporter (original)
Copy of passport (* if available)
8 certified photographs (4cm x 3cm, taken within the last 3 months, white background)
*Tuition fees for the second year are not included.
Fees to be paid after enrollment
Medical checkup 5,000 yen (once a year)
Other insurance 10,000 yen (one year)
Payment of school fees
After the “Certificate of Eligibility” is issued, please pay the school fee by the designated date.
The remaining school fees should be paid from one year after enrollment as follows (payment dates will be notified at a later date).
April students: Semi-annual school fees of 330,000 yen, paid in two installments.
October students: Semi-annual school fees of 330,000 yen, paid in one installment.
If the school fees are not paid by the due date, the student may be advised to withdraw from the school.
If your visa application is denied after the “Certificate of Eligibility” is issued, the school fee will be refunded in full. In the case of a student who has paid the school fee but whose enrollment is rejected due to personal reasons, the remaining amount will be refunded to the applicant after an administrative fee of 100,000 yen has been collected.
After confirming the payment of the school fee, we will send you a “Certificate of Eligibility”.
