Name (in Japanese characters and Roman letters), email address, phone number, country/region of residence, Japanese proficiency, preferred enrollment period, desired course/purpose, preferred contact method, introducing agent name (if applicable), free-text entries, IP address, user agent, submission date/time, language settings (lang cookie), and certificates required for procedures (academic/employment records, Japanese study/proficiency, family relationship/financial sponsor details, etc.).
3. Methods of Collection
Web form submissions, submission of application documents, server logs, cookies, etc.
4. Purpose of Use
Admissions guidance and screening, residence-status related procedures, educational operations (student records/grades/attendance), career support, inquiry response, and security/operation maintenance. We do not use personal information beyond these purposes. If purposes change, we will notify or announce in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except when there is the data subject's consent, legal basis, need to protect life/body/property, public health reasons, or necessary cooperation with government authorities.
6. Outsourcing
When outsourcing tasks such as email delivery, server operation, and data storage, we require confidentiality, restrictions on re-outsourcing, and security controls by contract, and appropriately supervise contractors.

Admissions/applications: about 5 years after procedure completion.
General inquiries: about 2 years.
Server logs: up to about 1 year.
After purpose fulfillment or retention expiry, data will be appropriately deleted/disposed.
10. Access from Overseas / Cross-Border Transfer
Even when personal data is handled outside Japan, we manage it appropriately in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
11. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of third-party provision (identity verification may be required). Requests may be declined within the scope permitted by law.
12. Use of Cookies, etc.
